Robotics Competition
During my senior year, I participated in a robotics team competition where I contributed as a team member and coordinator. Although our team finished last, the experience strengthened my collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, highlighting the value of teamwork, adaptability, and learning through challenges.
During my junior and senior years, I served as an IT Ambassador, helping represent and promote Ponte Vedra High School’s IT program to students interested in technology. This role allowed me to connect with peers, share knowledge about the program, and support others as they explored opportunities in IT and digital learning.

Working as a deli team member at Publix helped lay the foundation for my UX skillset by teaching me how to understand customer needs, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. The role sharpened my ability to empathize with users, solve problems in real time, and deliver consistent, positive experiences—core principles that directly translate to UX design.
As a Fulfillment Team Member at Target, I helped ensure smooth operations by organizing inventory, preparing orders accurately, and maintaining clear systems for team efficiency. I worked with layouts, labels, and processes to make tasks intuitive and error-free, which strengthened my ability to design workflows, present information clearly, and create practical systems that guide users through complex tasks. The role reinforced how thoughtful interface design, consistency, and feedback directly influence user performance and reduce friction in real-world workflows when delivering an online order for a client.

As an EHS Intern, I worked to make safety processes clear and easy to follow while ensuring a secure environment for everyone. I checked fire extinguishers, inspected equipment, and created a comprehensive guideline map showing the location of all safety resources.
